Condo associations are legal entities bound by specific rules and laws when they are formed.
In 2022, an initiation fee was implemented for new owners at Colony Park II.
In 2025, additional leasing requirements were added.

Colony Park is comprised of 3 associations: CP I, CP II, and the Colony Park Master Association. The Master association handles landscaping and amenities, with the individual associations are responsible for maintaining their own buildings.
