Your Board

Our board is comprised of residents who volunteer to maintain and improve our property.  They work to maintain our building, balance our budget and keep Colony Park II a great place to live!  Get to know this group of neighbors and don't hesitate to reach out through OwnerGo or directly at board@colonypark2.com if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions.

Alex Welch

President

I moved to Colony Park in 2022 with my wife, Amber. We've lived in Midtown with our dog, Izzy, since 2017. I work for a public policy shop in DC, but I'm thankfully fully remote in Atlanta. We attend a lot of concerts, sporting events, and whatever else is happening around the city. I joined the board the help out in any way I can to make Colony Park a great place to live!

Shelley Williams

Treasurer

I moved here in October 2009, and live here with my husband, daughter, and rabbit! I'm the "North America Talent Acquisition Manager, Analytics & Reporting" for the Boston Consulting Group. I joined the Board to help our community and our neighbors. My hobbies include over-documenting my child's experiences, supervising ill-advised art projects and generally keeping a child alive/entertained, and playing with my rabbit. We love living in Midtown because we have the city's biggest backyard!

Billy Marvin

Colony Park Master Board Representative

I moved to Colony Park in 2021 with my husband, Chris, and cat, Monster.  While new to CP2, we're longtime Midtown residents and love spending time in the park and at the numerous bars and restaurants the neighborhood has to offer.  I served on the board for our previous condo association and I'm passionate about making the property the best it can be.  My goal while serving on the board is to make our building financially sound, protect our investment with proper maintenance, and offer the amenities and services our neighbors want so we can all enjoy our homes!

David Speedlin

Member at Large

My partner and I moved to Midtown in 2015 because we love the walkability and wanted to be in the middle of everything with a park as our backyard. I joined the Board to help modernize our systems and workflow systems, provide input on building and maintenance items, and overall improve the community.
